Will choosing Pro charge my card immediately?
No. There is currently no payment gateway attached to the Pro plan. ERPNext creates the monthly invoice, which is then handled through the site's normal receivables process.
Can I change an active plan?
A Free account can move to Pro directly. For a change away from a paid plan, contact Selfmade so the effective date and any open invoice can be confirmed before the subscription changes.
Why does account setup involve a conversation?
EasyBooks runs on your ERPNext company data. Deliberate provisioning keeps company access, user roles, and accounting permissions attached to the right people.
Is the product walkthrough real data?
No. The walkthrough uses fictional browser-only data so you can explore safely. Your actual workspace starts only after account and company access are provisioned.
